1 Nature of Service
1.1. Aranea is a location-based real-time voice community app created for drivers and riders. The app allows users to join live voice channels based on their active routes or geographical regions.
1.2. The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted server availability, call audio stability, or continuous uptime. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time.
2 User Age & Registration
2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age (or of legal driving age in your jurisdiction) to use Aranea independently.
2.2. You agree to provide correct and truthful registration details (Username, Email, Profile Picture, and Vehicle Info). Impersonating other drivers, law enforcement, or public figures will result in immediate and permanent account suspension.
3 Absolute Disclaimer of Liability & Road Safety
3.1. SAFETY FIRST: Operating a mobile phone manually while driving is illegal and hazardous under the Indian Motor Vehicles Act. You must never type, view screens, or manually interact with the application while operating any moving vehicle.
3.2. We provide an automatic high-speed safety lock mechanism above 80 km/h as an auxiliary safety measure. However, this feature does not replace driver responsibility. You must use hands-free Bluetooth devices or pull over safely to communicate.
4 Community Guidelines & Zero-Tolerance Policy
4.1. ZERO-TOLERANCE FOR ABUSE: Aranea enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content, hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, or dangerous communication in voice channels or profiles.
4.2. Users have immediate access to in-app Block and Report buttons for any offending user. Reported violations are reviewed by our moderation team, and offending accounts will be permanently banned within 24 hours.
5 Intellectual Property & Content Ownership
5.1. You retain ownership of your user profile content. By using Aranea, you grant Vincit Studios a non-exclusive license to transmit your live voice streams and display your avatar within the app.
5.2. Scraping, reverse engineering, or extracting user data, voice audio, or location data from Aranea is strictly prohibited.
6 Gamification & Safe Driver XP
6.1. Safe Driver XP, badges, and community ranks are virtual tokens intended solely for community engagement. They carry zero monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for currency.
7 Termination & Governing Law
7.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these terms without prior notice.
7.2. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
