1 Delete Your Account In the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the Aranea app. Follow these steps:
- 1 Open the Aranea app and log in to your account.
- 2 Navigate to Settings from the bottom navigation bar.
- 3 Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- 4 Enable the confirmation toggle and tap "Delete My Account" to confirm.
- 5 Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
2 Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by email:

Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address or username so we can locate your account. We will process your request and permanently delete your account within 30 days.
3 Data That is Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

* Reports and safety-related incident records may be retained for up to 90 days for platform safety and legal compliance purposes, after which they are permanently purged.
4 Important Information
⚠ This action is permanent
Account deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, all your data — including your profile, messages, friends, and location history — cannot be recovered. Please ensure you want to proceed before confirming.
